Our client, a family-owned business with over 20 years of experience, specializes in designing and distributing hydraulic and industrial flexible products for the industry and construction sectors.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced commercial professional to develop our client's sales teams. As a Commercial Hydraulic Sales Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service, promoting the company's values, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships to increase sales and revenue
- Identify and respond to customer needs, generating orders and restocking requests
- Provide regular reporting and feedback to the sales team and management
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A technical background with a degree in a relevant field (Bac+2)At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hydraulic industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in using computer software and tools (EBP experience is a plus)What We Offer
