Job Title: Regional Sales Manager, France

AtriCure is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the French market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned targets
  • Identify new customers, contacts, and opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Work closely with the Area Director to implement and execute strategies to achieve corporate sales goals
  • Collaborate with marketing to share industry news and trends and receive feedback
  • Attend industry trade shows and events as needed
  • Manage territory and track customer activity
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Specific knowledge and selling experience related to cardiac surgical ablation systems highly preferred
  • Successful track record with sales quota achievement
  • Strong clinical and technical aptitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills
  • Confident, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Fluent in English and French
