Regional Sales Manager, France

AtriCure is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the French market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned targets
- Identify new customers, contacts, and opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Work closely with the Area Director to implement and execute strategies to achieve corporate sales goals
- Collaborate with marketing to share industry news and trends and receive feedback
- Attend industry trade shows and events as needed
- Manage territory and track customer activity
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Specific knowledge and selling experience related to cardiac surgical ablation systems highly preferred
- Successful track record with sales quota achievement
- Strong clinical and technical aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills
- Confident, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
- Fluent in English and French
