Regional Sales Manager - Southern Europe

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing market share in Southern Europe. You will work closely with our internal sales and technical teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales business plans and strategies to maximize revenue growth and increase market share in Southern Europe.
  • Manage customer relationships and activities within the defined region, working in conjunction with internal sales representatives and technical managers to increase sales of Rochester Electronics products and services.
  • Identify major opportunities, gather information, and develop strategies to grow the account base within the region.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting of new business opportunities and revenue for the region.
  • Utilize CRM to track and maintain customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successfully selling high-tech product solutions, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong technical sales experience and ability to work from a virtual office.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
