Senior IT Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Security Specialist to join our Internal Audit & Business Control Department at Saint-Gobain Glass. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating the security and compliance of our information management systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough audits of our IT infrastructure and applications to ensure compliance with our Security Rules and Internal Control Reference Framework.
- Oversee and coordinate penetration tests of our critical IT systems, working closely with external partners to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective security measures.
- Manage technical projects related to IT infrastructure security, data analytics, and business intelligence, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
- Develop and implement working programs to enhance IT infrastructure security, collaborating with our Competency Centers and external partners to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
- Participate in the management and security of our IT systems, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.
- Engineer or Master's degree in IT or a related field.
- Significant experience (over 3 years) in project management of IT security projects, preferably in an IT consulting or audit company.
- Strong knowledge of data management tools, ETL tools, and BI technology, with a focus on SQL, Hadoop, SSIS, Talend, Tableau, and Qlikview.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and synthesis skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and communicate with diverse teams.
- Fluent English and French, with a third language a plus.
This role is based in Paris La Defense, with regular travel to related countries for audit missions and IT support projects (approximately 30% of the time).
