In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the roadmap for our monetization strategy, guiding multiple product teams focused on fostering sustainable business growth. Your primary focus will be on enhancing critical aspects such as pricing models, packaging strategies, and user flows for upgrades and downgrades, alongside other essential monetization interactions.

The ideal candidate will have a profound grasp of pricing methodologies, market trends, and consumer behavior, complemented by robust analytical capabilities and strategic insight. With a successful history of spearheading monetization projects and driving revenue expansion—preferably through a product-led growth (PLG) model—you will lead teams in formulating, aligning, and advocating for a product strategy that is deeply rooted in user understanding and sales processes, all thoroughly backed by data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and execute a holistic monetization strategy that aligns with the organization’s business goals.
  • Guide, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of Growth Product Managers focused on monetization efforts.
  • Encourage a collaborative and high-performance environment within the product team.
  • Enhance product features and optimizations to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value (cLTV).
  • Design and manage A/B testing and experiments to validate growth assumptions and assess outcomes.
  • Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, product marketing, and sales teams to propel monetization initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment across all departments and stakeholders.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and behaviors to advocate for user-centric product development.
About You:
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on monetization.
  • Proven experience leading multiple product teams.
  • Track record of increasing revenue for a significant product line or business.
  • Exceptional analytical decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex issues into clear narratives.
  • Demonstrated excellence in principled decision-making while managing diverse stakeholders, including peers and executive leadership.
