Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at Adidas in Paris. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability in our own retail stores across the Paris region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth
- Lead and manage a team of visual merchandisers to ensure optimal execution of visual merchandising plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all retail channels
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement plans to improve visual merchandising standards and processes
- Support the development of visual merchandising training programs for retail staff
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising management, preferably in the sportswear or fashion industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving visual merchandising standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Fluency in English (C1 level minimum) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
