Job Title: Administrative Assistant in Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process documents with attention to detail
- Independently manage administrative tasks and prioritize tasks effectively
- Create customer accounts on our Back Office platform
- Conduct skills assessments and tests
- Monitor online workshops and training sessions
- Handle financing files and manage administrative tasks
- Source and identify potential candidates
- Participate in phone interviews and recruitment processes
- Contribute to projects such as website redesign and launching new employee onboarding processes
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an HR higher education program
- Strong attention to detail and dedication required
