Mission:
As a key member of the Human Resources department, you will provide comprehensive support to the HR Director in a variety of areas. Your responsibilities will encompass workforce management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HR Director on strategic projects related to talent acquisition, retention, and performance management within the healthcare sector.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with best practices and legal requirements in the healthcare industry.
- Assist in monitoring employee attendance records and managing leave requests effectively.
- Provide expert guidance and support to the HR Director on various HR-related matters, ensuring smooth operations within the department.
- Lead and oversee specific HR projects and initiatives, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
- Possess a Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a closely related field.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of HR regulations and best practices, particularly within the healthcare sector.
- Exhibit exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse individuals.
- Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex HR challenges.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines efficiently.
