Position Overview: Administrative Support in Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and managing documentation
- Autonomously overseeing administrative functions
- Establishing client profiles within the Back Office system
- Administering assessments
- Facilitating virtual workshops
- Managing funding applications
- Conducting talent sourcing
- Performing telephone interviews
- Engaging in various projects (such as website updates and the introduction of new employee onboarding procedures)
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Human Resources
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Recognized for enthusiasm and a focus on customer service
