About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant in Training. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of Human Resources and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
- Manage employee data, including personnel files, benefits, and performance evaluations
- Assist with employee onboarding, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and performing other tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
