Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the digital transformation vision to enhance client business operations.
  • Identify emerging market trends and align Wipro solutions to your designated accounts.
  • Cultivate a network within the market to generate sales opportunities.
  • Support sales teams in demand generation by participating in client meetings to showcase Wipro's capabilities and delivery methodologies.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Develop end-to-end business solutions for proactive proposals and RFI/RFP submissions.
  • Engage with Client Account Teams and clients to articulate the benefits and overall value proposition of our solutions.
  • Formulate strategies based on market and competitor insights to structure deals, create compelling themes, and identify relevant materials to support successful outcomes.
  • Conduct client meetings to grasp the business context, IT landscape, and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate proposal presentation meetings with clients and prospects to discuss and present suggested solutions, including integrated pursuits across multiple competency areas.
  • Mobilize and oversee solutions and delivery teams, ensuring participation in key project deliverables and client engagements.

Required Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience in closing deals within IT Services & Consulting, including global engagements with onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models.
  • Proven track record in quota-carrying roles, achieving over $20 million in TCV sales annually on fixed-price transformational projects.
  • Expertise in leading end-to-end solution development for successful sales of multi-offering transformations.
  • Experience in conducting multi-day on-site workshops for design and due diligence purposes.
  • Proficient in managing pre-sales/sales cycles and leading solutioning initiatives.
  • Familiarity with collaborative and matrix environments or experience with a Global Delivery Model is advantageous.

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations, facilitate meetings, and develop long-term relationships with clients.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and during periods of growth.
  • Strong knowledge of three or more of the following technologies:
    • Cloud architectures such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or VMWare.
    • Software Development methodologies including DevOps, Agile, and Scrum.
    • Containerization and API Development.
    • Cloud Migration, Operations, FinOps, AIOps, etc.
    • Application Modernization and Integration.
    • Quality Engineering and Testing.
    • Digital Workplace and Employee Experience.
    • SDWAN and IoT.
    • Industry-standard tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC, GitHub, etc.).
  • The ideal candidate will be a digital innovator with substantial exposure to digital technologies.
  • Advocate for the significance of digital in creating innovative customer engagement and new business avenues for our partners.
  • Break down functional barriers between organizational silos to foster a more agile digital organization.
  • Proficiency in both French and English is required.
