The Ludres facility is currently looking to fill two positions for Setters:
- Safely manage production lines to guarantee both quantity and quality
- Adhere to production schedules, quality assurance protocols, and maintenance strategies
- Maintain accurate records of production, inspections, and traceability
- Execute tool and format modifications, along with first-level maintenance tasks
- Resolve equipment malfunctions and communicate issues and proposed resolutions to management
- Comply with site QHSE regulations, BRC Packaging standards, and product safety measures
- Ensure the seamless operation of production lines and the compliance of produced items
Setters are expected to collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and technical support regarding challenges, quality concerns, and actions taken. Reporting discrepancies and suggesting solutions is a crucial part of their role.
- Essential skills include: proficiency in workshop software, equipment handling, and driving capabilities
- Educational background: High School Diploma or a minimum of 5 years of experience in machine operation, safety, and hygiene practices
- Required certifications: CACES license and driving authorization
