Your Opportunity

Oversee the entire lifecycle of the modules, ensuring both development and ongoing maintenance are effectively managed.

Your Mission

  • Responsible for the comprehensive performance, dependability, and cost-efficiency of the designated module
  • Accountable for defining specifications and validating qualifications for the assigned module
  • Optimize the module's structure and adhere to modularity and standardization principles
  • Conduct engineering tasks related to the assigned modules, aligning with the product development strategy, cost-reduction initiatives, issue resolution, customer requirements, and production transition needs
  • Authorize and confirm all changes pertaining to the variants of the assigned module
  • Assume module oversight from the research phase
  • Ensure compliance with the development protocols and global standards
  • Revise documentation for module changes, establish spare parts inventories, and define maintenance schedules for the module
  • Guarantee appropriate allocation of engineering resources and monitor expenditures against the development budget
  • Functionally lead resources dedicated to the development or upkeep of the modules, and manage subcontractors effectively

Your Profile

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • Technical knowledge of the product
  • Experience in project management
  • CAD proficiency
  • Skills in cost-effective design
  • Expertise in structural analysis, fluid dynamics, and statistical analysis
