Accounting & Tax Manager

Sidel is seeking a highly skilled Accounting & Tax Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance and optimization of accounting & tax activities in our site, in full compliance with international and local accounting & tax standards, as well as Group internal policies, procedures, and corporate governance rules.
Key Responsibilities:- Local accounting activities
- Group accounting compliance
- Accounts payable
- Take responsibility for balance sheet accounts reconciliation and backup documentation, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury, cash forecasting, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity
- Monitor and analyze accounting data
- Adhere and ensure compliance with the legal and group accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Set up and monitor accounting KPIs
- Perform and oversee annual audits (internal and external audits)
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Be responsible for the statutory and tax requirements and reports in agreement with the group policy and tax and accounting regulation
- Be the stakeholder of the internal and external audit partners
- Ensure a smooth and efficient collaboration with the FP&A and Controlling teams for overall finance performance
- Be a change driver of Company/Finance transformation & participate and lead initiatives linked to the company strategy including quality improvement
- Be a change driver of Company/Finance transformation and lead/participate in transformational projects
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in finance or Audit or similar, with at least 10 years of finance management experience in an international environment, 5 years of experience in Audit, change management experience, SAP knowledge, Microsoft 365 knowledge, digital acumen, and implementation experience in automation AP/AR. English fluency is required.
