Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Development: Formulate comprehensive project plans that encompass timelines, milestones, resource distribution, and financial planning. Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Implementation and Oversight: Supervise project implementation, guarantee timely completion of tasks, and adapt plans as necessary.
  • Team Leadership: Direct cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and clarifying roles and responsibilities.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing inquiries, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Risk Assessment: Recognize potential project risks, devise mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges that may arise.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that project outputs meet established quality benchmarks, conducting reviews and testing to achieve superior results.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager within the IT services or technology domain, particularly with a focus on innovative technologies, sustainable practices, and ethical considerations.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
