Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of category strategies and roadmaps to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across all PR affiliates
  • Maximize value creation through effective sourcing processes and methodologies
  • Develop and maintain structured communication matrices with PR affiliates and central functions

Requirements:

  • 7 years' experience in indirect procurement with a successful track record in POS/Markeing categories
  • Experience from FMCG procurement organization at regional or global level
  • Advanced negotiator with developed problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, proficient in English
  • Practical experience and capabilities in digital & e-sourcing tools, advanced analytics
  • In-depth knowledge of POS category
