Aircall is a dynamic and innovative company that values open communication and collaboration. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our team in Paris, New York, San Francisco, or Washington State.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the Accounts Payable team and oversee the entire accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and payment execution.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reporting for AP, including aging, KPIs, and reconciliation.
- Maintain and update accounts payable records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits, as well as budgets and forecasts for accounts payable.
- Develop and implement procedures and internal controls to prevent fraud and errors.
- Manage vendor master data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in projects that impact the accounting function and manage relevant software, including accrual software and T&E tools.
- Train and develop AP team members, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in process improvement and implementing best practices.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations.
