As a Technical Claims Supervisor at PACIFICA, part of Crédit Agricole Assurances (CAA), you will play a pivotal role in managing the execution of claims strategies while ensuring that service quality and financial management goals are achieved. Collaborating with multiple departments within PACIFICA, you will lead a dedicated team of three professionals, oversee expert networks, engage in the formulation of technical guidelines, control operational costs, monitor significant claims, and contribute to the overarching technical governance at a national level.
This position also entails leading collaborative workgroups, delivering technical training sessions, supervising regional management units, and participating in industry forums.
