Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced South Europe Business Development Manager to join our team at TOP4RUNNING. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Running and Fitness category across France, Spain, and Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans and strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive revenue growth

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in retail and/or sporting goods industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
