Job Title: Manager Running & Fitness

At TOP4RUNNING, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Running & Fitness to lead our South Europe business. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth and development in the region, working closely with our teams in France, Spain, and Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the category vision for Running and Fitness in South Europe, ensuring alignment with our brand and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our teams, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and development.
  • Lead the execution of our year-seasonal-key moments plan, ensuring seamless and effective x-functional collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of our physical retail expansion strategy and ensure seamless communication with our European team.
  • Drive financial targets and yearly business plans in partnership with our key stakeholders and senior leaders.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in the retail and/or sporting goods industry.
  • Proven leadership experience in virtual teams and matrix environments.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Autonomous, responsible, and accountable with a strong track record of driving business growth.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
