L'unité d'audit interne d'Edenred fait partie de l'équipe financière du groupe, rapporte au CFO mondial et est basée au siège d'Edenred à Issy-les-Moulineaux.
Missions :
En tant que membre intégral d'une équipe dynamique de 9 professionnels, dans votre rôle de vérificateur financier et opérationnel interne, vous serez responsable de :
- Effectuer des missions de vérification à l'échelle mondiale et des projets sur les lignes d'activité et les filiales d'Edenred, en évaluant le niveau local de gestion des risques et l'alignement sur les processus et procédures du groupe,
- Donner des conseils et agir en conseiller pour les entreprises pour identifier les domaines d'amélioration et les meilleures pratiques commerciales au sein du groupe et pour les entités nouvellement acquises,
- Communiquer efficacement avec la direction locale et mondiale sur le travail effectué, les problèmes identifiés, les recommandations d'amélioration et le suivi et la validation des plans d'action mis en œuvre,
- Effectuer des projets spéciaux ad-hoc et participer à l'amélioration continue de l'unité d'audit interne, en participant à des projets latéraux
Dans votre rôle, vous interagirez avec les cadres financiers et opérationnels seniors et leurs équipes à l'échelle mondiale. Vous acquérez une connaissance approfondie des activités commerciales et opérationnelles d'Edenred, ce qui vous place en position forte pour évoluer vers des postes internes de finance et d'opérations dans l'avenir.
Le déplacement international jusqu'à 40% devrait être attendu, principalement dans les grandes villes d'Europe et d'Amérique latine, pour effectuer des audits et des projets sur place pour une période moyenne de deux semaines.
Profile :
Nos auditeurs internes financiers et opérationnels idéaux devraient avoir :
- Un fort background universitaire et une expérience professionnelle pertinente :
- oDiplôme de master en gestion, comptabilité ou finance
- oAu moins 3 ans d'expérience en audit externe ou interne dans une firme Big 4, ou en finance opérationnelle, avec idéalement une connaissance du secteur technologique
- oExpérience internationale
- Compétence linguistique :
- oFluence en anglais (écrit et parlé) comme langue principale utilisée par l'équipe.
- oUne bonne connaissance de l'espagnol ou du portugais est un plus
- Mentalité et attitude :
- oEntrepreneuriale, curiosité, esprit inquisiteur, pensée critique et pragmatisme, proactivité
- oHumilité, ouverture d'esprit, adaptabilité, un joueur d'équipe qui se sent bien dans un environnement multiculturel
