The Opportunity

As a fully integrated member of the Group Worldline's Legal Department, a leader in the European market for payment and transaction services and a global player in payments, you will be involved in the Financing Department.

Your Daily Responsibilities

Accompanied by a senior legal counsel, you will be responsible for, among other things, assisting the Financial Law Manager and participating in the required work in the following areas:

  • Participating daily in the legal support of the group's treasury;
  • Preparing and negotiating intra-group financing documentation;
  • Negotiating bank financing (syndicated and bilateral loans);
  • Updating emission programs (EMTN) and treasury bills (NEU CP);
  • Negotiating cash pool documentation;
  • Preparing and negotiating market trading contracts (ISDA, FBF);
  • Reviewing guarantee projects (received and sent);
  • Monitoring regulatory and legislative developments in banking and financial law;

More generally, providing legal support to the Group Worldline's Financial Strategy and Treasury Department.

About You

You are a law student looking for a PPI internship or a student with a minimum Bac + 5 following a Master 2 with a specialization in business law / financial law, ideally complemented by a formation in IEP, business school or LLM.

The 6-month internship requires the following qualities:

  • Operational English (oral and written),
  • Writing skills, mastery of office software (Microsoft Office),
  • Ability to synthesize, rigor, and analytical legal skills,
  • Practical approach to task execution, team spirit, and adaptability,
  • Autonomy, desire to learn, involvement, good interpersonal skills, initiative.
