Position Overview:
The Tourcoing Hospital Center is in search of a dedicated Nurse to join our Emergency Services team.
This role is intended for a duration of at least 6 months, with the possibility of renewal based on departmental requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess health conditions and evaluate care scenarios.
- Deliver preventive, therapeutic, or palliative care to enhance, sustain, and restore health.
- Conduct therapeutic education and support for patients.
Main Duties:
- Management and oversight of medical materials, devices, and supplies.
- Coordination and organization of care activities.
- Training and mentoring of new staff and interns.
- Providing information and education to patients, their families, and community groups.
- Monitoring health conditions and social interactions.
- Delivering comfort and wellness care.
- Administering preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic care and activities.
- Gathering clinical information.
- Documenting and updating patient records.
- Tracking the progression of health conditions.
- Engaging in professional development and research.
Candidate Profile:
Essential Qualification: Nursing Diploma.
Preferred Experience: Background in a hospital setting (including internships).
We are looking for individuals interested in either Temporary or Permanent roles, with a pathway to transition into Hospital Public Service status.
