Climate and Sustainability Risks Manager

AXA Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the definition and implementation of risk management frameworks related to climate change and sustainability risks across the Group and its entities. The successful candidate will design, govern, and report on the Group's Risk Appetite, ensuring its alignment with climate and sustainability risk management.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and implement the risk management framework related to climate change and sustainability risks, coordinating with Group and local correspondents, deploying tools, scenarios analysis, and key messages, and coordinating climate regulatory stress tests exercises.
- Produce the Climate section of the ORSA report, coordinating with Group stakeholders, providing instructions/guidelines for the entities, and ensuring consistent implementation of the Risk Appetite Framework.
- Define and ensure consistent implementation of the Risk Appetite Framework, coordinating annual updates to be submitted to the ARCC and Finance & Risk Committee of the Board, collaborating with Group and entities' stakeholders, and producing the Group Risk Appetite quarterly dashboard.
