Role Overview:
To support the sustainable growth and profitability of Ayvens, the Central LOD1 NFR & Compliance team has been established to create an effective framework that allows the 1st Line of Defense to identify, mitigate, and monitor non-financial risks efficiently. This team is dedicated to continuous improvement, ensuring that the internal control framework remains relevant and effective over time.
The LOD1 Internal Control team is responsible for assisting and overseeing the 45 subsidiaries of Ayvens regarding non-financial risk management, particularly through the implementation and upkeep of the internal control system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in various projects aimed at enhancing Ayvens' LOD1 Internal Control system, including the implementation of the Activity-Process-Risk-Control (APRC) framework, updating the Level 1 Controls library, and deploying Level 1 Controls.
- Provide daily support for Level 1 Controls' Tools across Ayvens subsidiaries.
- Manage user access and ensure the maintenance and content updates of dedicated LOD1 Sharepoints, which serve as the primary communication tool with subsidiaries.
- Contribute to the engagement of the LOD1 NFR community within Ayvens subsidiaries.
- Review and analyze the results of Level 1 Controls executed by responsible personnel in subsidiaries, ensuring the reliability of information and adherence to procedures and timelines, and implement corrective actions for identified deviations.
- Assist in preparing various Level 1 reports for stakeholders in Ayvens and the Société Générale Group.
- Interact with diverse stakeholders at Central, Regional, and Local levels, including LOD1 Functional Owners and LOD3 teams.
- Propose improvements to enhance the operational efficiency of the LOD1 Internal Control unit.
- Contribute to the enhancement of data quality management.
Candidate Profile:
- Preferred academic background in Audit, Risk, or Internal Control.
- Understanding of operational risk principles and permanent control; knowledge of the Leasing sector is advantageous.
- Proficient in Excel (advanced level); familiarity with PowerBI and Sharepoint (beginner/intermediate level) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and risk sensitivity.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information effectively.
- Open-minded with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
