Marketing and Sales Senior Manager

We are seeking a seasoned marketing and sales professional to lead our Marketing & Sales function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive Go-To-Market plan for all commercial services across the organization, driving business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement marketing strategies to promote commercial services and attract new customers.
- Develop and manage sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
- Lead a small team of marketing and sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
- Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a proven track record of success in B2B services or industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in designing and implementing Go-To-Market strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and processes, with experience in service packaging and pricing.
The role is based in any European offices, with a mix of remote work and access to shared working space. Travel within Europe may be required.
