Marketing and Sales Senior Manager

We are seeking a seasoned marketing and sales professional to lead our Marketing & Sales function. As a Marketing and Sales Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive Go-To-Market plan for all commercial services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement pricing, branding, and packaging strategies for commercial services in collaboration with the Education and Innovation/Business Creation Directors and Communications Team.
- Lead the development of marketing plans for commercial services, structuring them in collaboration with the Education & Training and Innovation to Market Directors and Regional Directors.
- Ensure the successful implementation of Go-to-Market for commercial services in line with agreed business plans and objectives, focusing on effective budget management and ROI.
- Promote Calls for Proposals launched on Education, Innovation, and Business Creation initiatives to ensure high visibility and readability.
- Provide resources, support, and materials to support Business Developers in regions.
- Collaborate with other teams (Communications, product owners, sales) for alignment with relevant content, channels, event management, and social media strategy.
- Recruit and lead a small team, setting clear goals, deadlines, and creating an inspiring team environment with open communication.
- Master's degree or equivalent in business management, marketing, or Engineering Sciences, with a minimum of 8 years of experience as Marketing Manager in B2B Services or industrial sectors or as a Senior Consultant/Consulting Manager in Technology and Industry Practices.
- Experience in designing digital marketing strategies, good practice of CRM systems, and knowledge of service packaging and pricing.
- Ability to think creatively and propose new ideas to improve efficiency of Go-To-Market on a continuous basis.
- Experience of EU/national funding mechanisms is considered a plus.
The role location can be located close to any European offices in France, Spain, Italy, Greece, and Germany, with a mix between remote working and access to EIT Manufacturing working space. Travel within Europe can be expected.
