Senior Sales and Marketing Manager

The Country Manager for France is a key role within Allegion, responsible for driving the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to achieve profitable growth, expand margin, and increase market share in the French market.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete P&L and operating cash flow for the French legal entities.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer experience across all customer segments in France, including installers, distributors, end-users, influencers, and focused vertical markets.
- Coordinate with product management to develop and implement a clear pricing strategy for the region, maximizing margin improvement and sales growth.
- Lead the French CODIR composed of support functions, communicating the French strategy and leading local communication sessions.
- Recruit, retain, and develop a competent commercial team, including identification and development of training needs.
- Master's Degree (Bac+5).
- Experience in influencing, managing, and growing multiple channels (wholesale, distribution, specialized distribution, installation, e-commerce, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior management.
- Strong executive presence, change management, and execution skills.
- Effective communication skills (both oral and written) in French and English, with additional European language a plus.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
