About Us:
R.A.S Intérim is seeking a HR Agency Management Intern to join our dynamic team at the OBERNAI agency.
Role Overview:
As a HR Agency Management Intern at R.A.S, your responsibilities will encompass recruitment and staff allocation:
- Welcoming candidates and temporary employees, handling incoming calls.
- Creating job postings and sourcing candidates.
- Conducting interviews, managing registrations, and assessments.
- Processing client orders efficiently.
- Matching candidates with clients for various assignments, including temporary, long-term, or permanent roles.
- Performing reference checks with a focus on client relations.
- Monitoring the progress of temporary workers.
- Enhancing retention of temporary staff by proposing training opportunities and/or stable temporary positions.
- Overseeing both temporary and permanent recruitment.
Additionally, you will be involved in HR administrative tasks:
- Drafting contracts and managing digital tools.
- Administering temporary worker files within our operational software.
- Collecting and processing timesheets from clients, entering hours, payroll variables, and clarifying payment details.
- Issuing payslips (multi-convention, managing advances).
- Handling workplace accidents.
