Job Opportunity

Sidel is seeking a skilled Project Manager Services Execution to oversee the execution of non-standard Services project activities, including Packaging, Line Conversion, Molds, and Line Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requests and translate needs into actionable plans.
  • Coordinate with product divisions to provide comprehensive solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Propose additional Services Products to ensure project success and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project execution, including project registration in SAP, initiation with the customer and aftersales manager, scheduling, and risk assessment.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and PM&D to ensure timely delivery and manage project crisis.
  • Plan and coordinate installation activities, including resource allocation and logistics.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and ensure project closure, including database updates and customer satisfaction surveys.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management with strong technical expertise.
  • Experience in Packaging, Sidel equipment, and Services Portfolio.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering documents.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Project, and SAP.
  • Fluency in English, French, and Spanish.
