Job Opportunity

Sidel is seeking a skilled Project Manager Services Execution to oversee and execute non-standard Services project activities, including Packaging, Line Conversion, Molds, and Line Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Coordinate with product divisions to provide comprehensive solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Propose additional Services Products to ensure project success and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project execution, including project registration in SAP, initiation with the customer and aftersales manager, scheduling, and risk assessment.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and PM&D to ensure timely delivery and manage project quality, cost, and timeline.
  • Manage project installation, including planning resources, coordinating with the planning team, and ensuring Health Safety Environment & Security (HSE&S) coordination.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, ensure invoice issuance, and update databases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management with strong technical expertise.
  • Experience in Packaging, Sidel equipment, and Services Portfolio.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering documents.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Project, and SAP is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, French, and Spanish is a plus.
