**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office All Rounder to join our team at Pullman Hotel Sydney Olympic Park. As a Front Office All Rounder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide quality service to our guests, responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during their check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
  • Maintain accurate guest accounts, ensuring all charges are accurate and posted in a timely manner.
  • Attend to incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner.
  • Maintain strict security procedures, ensuring guest confidentiality and safety.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in a front office, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
  • Demonstrated ability to 'surprise' and delight our guests.
  • Confidence and ability to approach people to initiate conversations.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per business demands.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Must hold unlimited work rights in Australia.
  • Has a valid driver's license.
