Regional Sales Coordinator Opportunity

Ouster is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Coordinator to support our European team in achieving exceptional results. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing customer engagements, opportunities, and ongoing projects across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to manage opportunity pipelines and order planning.
  • Process customer sales orders, including the issuance of sales quotations, purchase orders, and other sales documentation.
  • Liaise with customers and logistics to ensure seamless shipment delivery and customs clearance.
  • Support the follow-up of RMAs (logistics/finance) and ensure timely completion of sales-related documentation.
  • Coordinate regional marketing events and campaigns as required by the team.
  • Monitor account receivables and ensure accurate stock and sales forecasts.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including subcontractors and billing.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Diploma in business or engineering or relevant field.
  • Fluent business English (written and spoken) and French.
  • Experience with order processing flow, shipment documentation, and customs requirements.
  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (Sales Force, SAP, etc.).
  • Proven track record in multicultural international team environments.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and independent management initiative.
