We are seeking a Director of Security Operations (M/F) dedicated to safeguarding Jimmy against potential physical threats. As a key member of the security team, your responsibilities will encompass all existing and future Jimmy locations, including offices and industrial sites, ensuring compliance with regulations regarding the protection and management of sensitive materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Development of comprehensive security systems for facilities, including physical barriers, access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, and crisis management protocols.
- Implementation of a robust physical protection strategy and crisis management framework to counteract malicious activities.
- Oversight of subcontractors tasked with the integration, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems, from the bidding process through to verification and audits.
- Administration of access permissions for facilities.
- Influence the operational and technical strategy of the organization, including future staffing plans (with an anticipated team expansion each year).
You will thrive in a vibrant environment, engaging with the French startup ecosystem and collaborating with high-caliber technical and operational professionals, including experts, regulatory bodies, and investors.

- Familiarity with security technologies (electronic security, physical barriers) is essential.

- Experience: 5 to 15 years (flexible).
- Previous experience in designing security/safety systems against malicious acts within an engineering context.
