Position: Technical Sales Support Specialist

Role Overview:

  • Foster and maintain client relationships throughout the event lifecycle
  • Promote and coordinate technical offerings tailored to client specifications
  • Collaborate with vendors for event logistics and setup
  • Manage customer inquiries, process orders, and oversee billing
  • Assist exhibitors with technical solutions and services
  • Support the sales and event management teams
  • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and technical challenges

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service and sales capabilities
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office; familiarity with EBMS software is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of handling multiple tasks
