About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Management Officer to join our team at AXA Group Operations. As a key member of our IT service management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve technical incidents, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Develop and implement procedures to prevent similar issues from arising in the future
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management and customers, to ensure timely resolution of incidents
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues
  • Develop and maintain incident management processes and procedures
  • Provide training and support to technical support teams on incident management processes
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT service management or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of IT infrastructure, network, and application dependencies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ITIL certification or willingness to obtain certification
  • Proficient in Service Now environment
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
