We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Management Officer to join our team at AXA Group Operations. As a key member of our IT service management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and resolve technical incidents, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Develop and implement procedures to prevent similar issues from arising in the future
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management and customers, to ensure timely resolution of incidents
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues
- Develop and maintain incident management processes and procedures
- Provide training and support to technical support teams on incident management processes
- At least 3 years of experience in IT service management or a related field
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of IT infrastructure, network, and application dependencies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ITIL certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Proficient in Service Now environment
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
