About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Asset Manager to join our team. As a Real Estate Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate assets, including offices, retail, logistics, residential, and hotels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collecting and analyzing all relevant and up-to-date asset-level data and documentation
- Implementing financial models and contributing to the preparation and monitoring of asset budgets
- Organizing real estate appraisal campaigns and monitoring asset key performance indicators
- Participating in the follow-up of tenant relations and any disputes
- Contributing to the implementation of marketing and rental strategies
- Assisting in the preparation of disposals and providing analytical and presentation support on ad-hoc topics
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Postgraduate studies in Finance, Management, Engineering, or Real Estate
- Proven interest in real estate, with previous experience in asset management or a focus on real estate
- Accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment
- Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial, and result-driven culture
- Strong analytical and synthesis capacity
- Verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions
- Fluent in English
