We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Responsible Investment Intern. As a key member of our global Responsible Investment team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and oversight of our real assets (Real Estate and Infrastructure) portfolios approach to Responsible Investment.
Key Responsibilities- ESG Integration across Real Asset Investments: You will contribute to supporting the real estate equity, CRE Debt, infrastructure equity and debt teams in embedding and strengthening ESG factors integration in their investment and management processes.
- Climate Strategy and Decarbonization Targets Monitoring: You will bring support in the implementation of our climate strategy, to address physical and transition risk, including rolling out the decarbonization strategy for real estate equity, Commercial Real Estate debt, infrastructure equity and debt asset classes.
- GRESB Reporting Preparation: You will assist in the implementation of expected changes in the reporting process and ensure data is collected and coordinated with key stakeholders.
- Postgraduate studies in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Energy Management Finance, Management, Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in responsible investment or real assets and a desire to pursue a career in sustainable investing
- Accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and efficiently in a team within an international and fast-moving environment
- Strong analytical and synthesis capacity, verbal and written communications and presentation skills
- Experience and/or familiarity with greenhouse gas emissions and other ESG-related reporting requirements is also a plus
