Job Title: International Key Accounts Section Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Key Accounts Section Manager to join our team at Nissan. As a key member of our Fleet Sales department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive profitable fleet sales in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and leasing customers to grow Nissan's market share in the top 5 leasing companies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including leasing companies, UC sales teams, and Renault.
  • Coordinate with RBU counterparts, Japan HQ, and Renault to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in International Business Management, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales and/or field experience in Fleet sales.
  • Fluent English language.
  • Passion for Nissan and the automotive industry.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel on occasion.
  • CRM experience a bonus.
