About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Key Account Manager to join our team at Tereos. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our strategic key accounts in the agro-industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow revenue from key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at our strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with the sales operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the agro-industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing key accounts and developing new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the agro-industrial sector and its key players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and French, with a working knowledge of other languages an asset.
