Enterprise Account Executive, Energy Solutions Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in France to drive growth and maximize the market opportunity for Databricks within the Energy & Utilities industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan to accelerate customer success and exceed quarterly/annual consumption and booking goals.
- Lead the identification and development of impactful big data and AI use cases on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
- Implement big data and AI transformation goals for customers through strategic partnerships, professional services, training, and executive engagement.
- Build trust with executives and technical champions by developing an understanding of technical product details and roadmap.
Requirements:
- Experience developing strong relationships with Enterprise accounts, managing virtual teams, and leading complex sales campaigns in major Energy & Utilities accounts.
- Experience working in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS industries.
- Proof of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth Enterprise software companies.
- Experience driving usage and commit-based engagement models and strategies working with professional services and training teams.
- Experience co-selling and scaling business with Cloud Vendors (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud teams) and Global Solution Integrators (GSI).
- Experience co-developing business cases and gaining support from C-level Executives.
- Experience with value-based selling.
