Enterprise Account Executive, Energy Solutions Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in France to drive growth and maximize market opportunities in the Energy & Utilities industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing one of our Energy & Utilities customers and their subsidiaries, leveraging your expertise in selling to this sector and running large, complex, multi-national accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan to accelerate customer success, exceeding quarterly and annual consumption and booking goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams, customers, and partners to identify impactful big data and AI use cases, and prove their value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
- Implement big data and AI transformation goals for customers through strategic partnerships, well-scoped professional services, training, and targeted executive engagement.
- Develop a deep understanding of technical product details and roadmap to build trust with executives and technical champions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience developing strong relationships with Enterprise accounts, managing virtual teams, and leading complex sales campaigns in major Energy & Utilities accounts.
- Experience working in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS industries, with a strong understanding of technical product details and roadmap.
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth Enterprise software companies.
- Experience driving usage and commit-based engagement models and strategies, working with professional services and training teams.
- Experience co-selling and scaling business with Cloud Vendors (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud teams) and Global Solution Integrators (GSI).
- Experience co-developing business cases and gaining support from C-level executives.
- Experience with value-based selling.
