Strategic Advisor for Customer Success

As a Strategic Advisor for Customer Success at Tellent, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer success through data-driven insights and process improvements. You will work closely with regional CS leaders and GMs to develop and implement strategies that drive expansion and churn prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Planhat
  • Ensure data accuracy and hygiene
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success and Data Operations team
  • Lead ongoing improvements in systems and processes

Requirements:

  • High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to analyze complex data and processes
  • Strategic thinking and project planning skills
  • Flexibility to work from home or in the office
