As a Strategic Advisor for Customer Success at Tellent, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer success through data-driven insights and process improvements. You will work closely with regional CS leaders and GMs to develop and implement strategies that drive expansion and churn prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Planhat
- Ensure data accuracy and hygiene
- Collaborate with the Customer Success and Data Operations team
- Lead ongoing improvements in systems and processes
Requirements:
- High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to analyze complex data and processes
- Strategic thinking and project planning skills
- Flexibility to work from home or in the office
