As a Global CRM Campaign Specialist at Salomon, you will be responsible for managing the overall global CRM campaigns program. You will be an internal champion for both HQ and Regional Digital Marketing and e-Commerce teams, ensuring that regional CRM strategies are relevant to the global CRM strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure all campaigns are connected and consistent across touchpoints to improve consumer engagement and conversion.
  • Perform day-to-day email marketing activities, including campaign design, briefing, setup, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment.
  • Lead the execution of regional direct marketing initiatives for North America, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring global consistency and local relevancy.
  • Create, update, and deliver global CRM guidelines, briefs, and train regional digital marketing teams.
  • Work with the global data and analytics team to define global audience strategy, consumer segments, and clusters to activate and drive repeat purchase, retention, and net LTV.
  • Lead projects related to global CRM platform management, including template management, content blocks, and A/B tests.
  • Maintain global perspective on direct marketing, CRM, and experience marketing trends and integrate these practices into plans to maximize effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-6 years of experience in CRM, marketing initiatives, loyalty, or related fields in an omnichannel direct-to-consumer environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or communication or graduated from a business school.
  • Experience working with global CRM platform Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Flexible project management style with the ability to quickly adapt in an international environment.
  • Written and oral English fluency required.
