The Global CRM Campaign Specialist plays a critical role in managing the overall global CRM Campaigns Program, serving as an internal champion for both HQ and Regional Digital Marketing and e-Commerce teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional CRM strategies aligned with the global CRM strategy
- Perform day-to-day email marketing activities, including campaign design, briefing, setup, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment
- Create, update, and deliver global CRM guidelines, briefs, and training for Regional Digital Marketing teams
- Work with the global Data & Analytics team to define global audience strategy, consumer segments, and clusters to drive repeat purchase, retention, and net LTV
- Lead projects related to global CRM platform, including template management, content blocks, and A/B tests
- Ensure global CRM program engagement KPIs are maintained against set baselines for Open Rate, Click-to-Open Rate, Conversion, and Unsubscribes
- Maintain a global perspective on Direct Marketing, CRM, and Experience marketing trends and integrate these practices into plans to maximize effectiveness
Requirements:
- At least 5 to 6 years of experience in CRM, marketing initiatives, loyalty, or related fields in an omnichannel Direct-to-consumer environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Communication or graduated from a Business School
- Experience working with global CRM Platform Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Flexible project management style with the ability to quickly adapt in an international environment
- Written and oral English fluency required
