CRM Specialist

Amer Sports is a leading sporting goods company with a portfolio of internationally recognized brands, including Salomon, Arc'teryx, Peak Performance, Atomic, and Wilson.
The Global CRM Campaign Specialist plays a critical role in driving the company's global CRM campaigns program, working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure consistency and effectiveness across touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional CRM strategies aligned with global CRM strategy
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design, set up, and deploy email campaigns
- Lead the execution of regional direct marketing initiatives, ensuring global consistency and local relevance
- Develop and maintain global CRM guidelines and training programs for regional teams
- Work with global data and analytics teams to define audience strategy and consumer segments
- Lead projects related to global CRM platform, including template management and A/B testing
Requirements:
- At least 5-6 years of experience in CRM, marketing initiatives, loyalty, or related fields in an omnichannel direct-to-consumer environment
- Experience working with global CRM platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong project management skills and ability to adapt in an international environment
- Excellent written and oral English fluency
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Analytics and Creative Suite
