Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Offer & Sales Support Manager to join our team at Volvo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of specialists focused on defining and delivering customer-centric value propositions for key accounts within the last-mile delivery sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Sales Support Materials: Create comprehensive sales support materials for the sales teams, including product and service solutions, in close collaboration with our program, hardware, and service & solutions teams.
  • Implement Sales Process: Define and implement a sales process to secure a proper sales journey from prospecting to delivery, including CRM management.
  • Co-Construction Projects: Plan and run co-construction projects as support to operational teams, engaging in co-construction efforts with all stakeholders, facilitating collaborative workshops and brainstorming sessions.
  • Key Account Support: Support key accounts project on charging infrastructure and ecosystem requirements to integrate our solution to customers' operational constraints.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to the Key Account Solutions team, working closely with other support functions at Volvo.

Requirements:

  • Agile and Eager to Learn: Agile and eager to learn & share, with a strong passion for sustainability transition.
  • Business Experience: At least 5 years of experience in B2B and ideally in the automotive industry, with experience in management, product marketing, and project management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Light Commercial Vehicle & Last mile delivery knowledge, with a background in E-mobility being a plus.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer obsession with a holistic view to build trust, acting as a real team player, promoting collaboration and support.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English.
