Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop sales plans to achieve growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Fluid Power Products and their applications in various industries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, or Marketing.
  • At least 5 years of industrial experience in a relevant function, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Strong knowledge of Fluid Power distribution and products.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Fluent in French and English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
