As a key member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for controlling and coordinating the accounts of several Group companies in an international and fast-moving hospitality environment. You will work closely with regional offices in operations in Asia, South America, and Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financials, including closing, audits, tax issues, and consolidation.
- Support financial performance analysis, including reporting, business plan, budget, forecast, and strategic plan.
- Act as the internal point of contact for internal departments and third parties, including accounting firms, auditors, and tax experts.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' significant initial experience in an auditing/consultancy firm.
- Ability to understand business issues and complex financial flows.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Oracle BFC/Magnitude/Oracle PBCS.
- Advanced English (B2 to C1 level).
