International Financial Controller H/F

Louvre Hotels Group est un acteur majeur de l'industrie hôtelière mondiale, avec un portefeuille de plus de 1 700 hôtels dans 60 pays.
Vous serez responsable du contrôle et de la coordination des comptes de plusieurs sociétés du Groupe dans un environnement international et dynamique.
Vous travaillerez avec des bureaux régionaux en opération en Asie, en Amérique du Sud et en Afrique.
En étroite relation avec la Direction Financière du Groupe, vous agirez :
- en tant que point de contact interne pour les départements internes (FP&A, Comptabilité, Droit, Trésorerie, Opérations...) et les tiers (firms de comptabilité, auditeurs, experts fiscaux)
- pour gérer les comptes financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels (clôture, audits, problèmes fiscaux, consolidation) et soutenir l'analyse de performance financière (rapports, plan d'affaires, budget, prévision, plan stratégique)
- Coordination de la clôture : agir en tant que référence pour la comptabilité et la fiscalité avec les acteurs internes et externes pour la clôture mensuelle, effectuer des travaux analytiques en soutien de la consolidation et coordonner la production de rapports de consolidation trimestriels
- Surveillance de la clôture : surveiller les clôtures mensuelles, réconcilier les soldes du compte de résultat et du bilan, justifier les comptes jusqu'au bénéfice net, confirmer les soldes interentreprises
- Audit et conformité : surveiller le cadre de contrôle interne et fournir un soutien pour le plan d'audit annuel et s'assurer d'un niveau de conformité satisfaisant avec les processus de finance et d'exploitation du Groupe
- Due Diligence : assister aux travaux financiers liés aux actifs/ opérations de fusion-acquisition (fusion, cession, restructuration)
- Contrôle interne : optimiser l'organisation comptable et les processus commerciaux
- Structuration : optimiser les impacts et les flux financiers à mettre en place pour une nouvelle acquisition ou tout autre accord sur actif
- Analyse financière : participer aux différentes analyses des écarts réels par rapport à tous les cycles de rapport pour suivre la performance commerciale et identifier les tendances potentielles
- Budget : soutenir l'équipe FP&A et les départements d'exploitation avec les travaux de budget, de prévision, de plan d'affaires ou de plan stratégique
- Projet EPM : acquérir des connaissances sur les outils de reporting financier et du Groupe en contribuant au projet EPM pour développer des tableaux de bord de performance éclairants pour la communauté de finance du Groupe
- Soutien de la direction : aider l'équipe FP&A à préparer les documents de soutien pour les membres du conseil d'administration et les actionnaires. Responsable de s'assurer de l'exactitude des données et de l'analyse, en respectant les processus et les délais
- Demands ad-hoc : assister l'équipe FP&A avec les demandes sporadiques
Vous devrez avoir au moins 5 ans d'expérience significative dans une firme d'audit/consulting
Vous avez développé une capacité à comprendre les problèmes commerciaux et les flux financiers complexes pour les traduire en processus de finance
Vous cherchez un nouveau défi dans un groupe international dynamique et en croissance rapide
Vous avez de bonnes compétences en communication et en présentation avec :
- capacité à gérer votre charge de travail pour répondre aux cibles et priorités réalistes fixées en concertation avec la direction
- capacité à fournir des recommandations et des conseils sur les améliorations nécessaires
- compétences en communication efficaces avec des capacités à adapter les formulations en fonction de l'audience
- compétences en leadership et en résolution de problèmes, et capacité à travailler sous pression
- Excel et PowerPoint
- Oracle BFC / Magnitude / Oracle PBCS
- Anglais avancé (niveau B2 à C1)
